Two couples are traveling through the Nevada desert on "the loneliest road in the United States", when they are involved in a car accident that leaves them stranded with little food or water. Luckily a passing motorcyclist stops to help.  But as the hours pass by, the couples begin to realize that this man may not be as helpful as he seems.
